s martin, "I may not know brokerage law...." That's pretty obvious, but thanks for affirming what we've all suspected. As far as the little foil hats, I think some of you nays look pretty silly wearing them (although several of you are quite dapper). The point is that you have to wear yours at all times to keep those "scrambling brain waves" from emanating out toward me. Perhaps we can find someone with more knowledge on the subject than you or my source (a licensed broker in several states who has done quite a bit of research on compliance). The trouble is, someone who agrees with you would have no problem with posting their thoughts; someone who agrees with me might be unable to post, depending upon their profession. David R., would that person be caught in a "Catch 22"? AD
