I just got mail from a guy I think is in Japan that was able to get the new k6 .25 266 to run stable at 333mhz

Hi Maxwell , according to the schmoo figures released by AMD
a K6-3d 266 mhz would have a core voltage of 1.6v , whereas the 400mhz version needs 2.3v .Just from the voltage it does seem to indicate the 266 would be a notebook cpu .
