Linda, consider that...

some large holders may not be worried by the lawsuits. Why not? The one you just posted (seems like the 5th time) actually refers to the Jan. 15th Asensio report as a description of at least one of their claims. That report, like the other two he issued have been proven to be nothing more than attempts to manipulate the stock. I wonder, since the suit clearly uses the Asensio report regarding the patent as a partial basis, and recounts how the price fell following its issuance, if they will go after Asensio when the patent issues & everyone realizes how wrong he was?? Probably not as these snakes all sleep in the same bed.

Maybe, instead of marveling at how the stock is holding up against all this terrible news, it is the news itself that should be examined. Of course, there's just no getting around the fraud & scam claims, is there??
