Quick update - I know some of this is going to be repetative... I talked to Jo today at Liberty... How many employees - wasn't sure how many employees there were with company. Is the company planning on becoming a reporting company to SEC - The company is planning on becoming a reporting company before the end of the year, and applying for Nasdeq status (Nasdeq status: the stock must be over $4 and hold that value for 30 days or more). When will financials be released - Annual statement will be released around 1st of April, these are nothing to get excited about. They will also release 1st quarter results and expected revenue for '98. When does their fiscal year end - February or March (?) On Digitcom's web page they have projected results, what years are those for - Jo wasn't sure what years they were for or when the page was last updated. She was thinking year 1 = 95, 2 = 96, 3 = 97, but she was going to check into that and call me back. Hope this helps, if anybody has any questions for her let me know and I will ask her when she calls back...angie

UPDDATE, I just spoke with Mr.Bob Cummings, CFO, Low DEBT, Cash Burn is SLOW, Current Revenues are coming from sales of software and other products and we expect rrecurrent revenues/minutes to come on line in the near future. 1997 looks good and is with the CPA, we are going to become fully reporting sometime after the audited financials are complete. Mr. Chin is due back tomorrow night and we can expect to hear details shortly after his return. 1st qtr 98 looks like it will meet projections as previously set forth by the current management team. bg
