My guess is the announcement of Jobs as permanent CEO will be on april 15, with all the bells and whistles alongside the glorious $ 100-150 million quarter profits..., but the shareholders will have to vote on april 22 about his pay package and option grants and all that... Personally, I think he'll only "accept" if he can get a majority/controlling stake in the company (BTW, who is the largest shareholder right now? Calpers?), so as not to be scullied again... he's a smart guy and he is playing his cards right.
