Hey since Novell moved their entire development staff to India I guess Microsoft does have to do one better :)

Wonder what happened to the 1/10th to 1/20th pay scale that top programmers there demand. Also they dont demand as much freedom of expression. IE they do as they are told rather than what they think should be coded :)
