OK Steve, So it was a bad question.

I was thinking of all of the Wasted CPU cycles that have been sold and are on receptionist desks, and that some one might get upset about having spent money to put the CPU power where it can not redily be accessed.

Also once the IT pro realizes he's bought too much capacity, he will put it as far back in his mind as he can because he doesnt want anyone else to know his incompetency (in saving his company money) anyway.In fact, knowing people as we all do, and how they love to rationalize, he will talk himself into needing the machine just as it is!
