It's a dead cat bounce all right.

Looks like a lot of short covering on high volume. Once that's over with, look for continued decline.

I agree that this doesn't look like an usual DCB. APM and other DD stocks may retrace a bit after they are out of stream, but it seems to be more a reversal, especially if one is considered that what could be interpreted as bad news. Of course, if there is more bad news to come, or a general market downturn, they may fall again, but it seems that WS is ready to do its sector rotation routine. It is not just DD stks, but networkers (BAY) and semi (MU) have all turned up after their respective news b/c WS decides to look forward
