Tech Master,

Beyond y2k has not been defined by ALYD as of yet. I know they will soon acquire other assets to compliment ALYD's corporate structure. But at this time I believe ALYD can conservatively meet the growth I have previously posted.

It will be gratifying to see them expand there corporate base into other avenues. ALYD will have made some very important clients happy. ALYD will be a proven company in fortune 500 land. So, it should be easy to say that ALYD will continue to be a corporate force in the years to come. I look at this in a positive way.

TRUTH

P.S. I have not seen any action on the 11/98 calls or puts as of yet.
