Hi KP....

Your assessment that I haven't owned TFS "for that long" is incorrect.

I was in the stock with a *very* modest position (thank goodness...I think I was lucky!) prior to the disappointment that you have mentioned.

It hurt, and despite the "modest" nature of my loss, the stress of the day resulted in my stopping at the local hospital after the trading day so that I could get some help in bringing my blood pressure down. I only hope that I get to sell this stock before it does some damage to my body that correlates closely with what it has done to my *head*.

Having said that, I should note that how long I own the stock, and how long it *feels*, is a matter of some relativity.

It feels like a *long* time, KP...a very long time indeed. The irony is, of course, that I have other positions that go back much further. They just don't make me feel as "old."

Have a good day.

To the "thread,"

Shortly after posting my last response to KP, I learned that Merrill Lynch had lowered its growth estimates for Nokia and Ericson, indicating that pricing pressures were affecting cellular phone "growth."

Motorola hasn't had much to say about this of late, but it is intuitively obvious to me that today's selling in TFS is related to these downgrades, because the market is cognizant of Three-Five's heavy reliance on Motorola's orders for meeting its sales goals.

I don't think this means anything for us, as Motorola is playing catch up with digital phone sets (and should result in significant orders for us over the balance of the year), and I view it likely that the Chinese plant will help us get into Asian markets, a geographic area from which we currently get virtually no revenues.

Thus...I think today's dip is a "buying opportunity." We will know following the conference call, which will likely be approximately 8-10 days into the month of April.

Have a good day.
