Rich: Interesting case, but at least NOVL has gotten rid of CEO and CFO that may have been involved in a similar type of stuffing the channel event at NOVL (speculation only). So, a $43 million dollar hit, hmmm, that might sting a little bit, but as I said earlier, NOVL stock will probably be north of 14-15 bucks per share if any such news or investigation comes out with such evidence, and it may get hit 1-2 points in share price. Is this stopping me from holding my shares, nope. Isn't stopping many that have bought NOVL pre-1997 either as my visits to the Yahoo message board proclaim. Regards, Quad-K
