Harvey, My private CANSLIM discussion group has now grown to over 800 strong, while remaining the only sane and mature place I have found on the net. No flames, no insults, novices and experts alike welcomed. Only requirement is that you are using, or think you want to try using, CANSLIM. If you don't know what it is, first task is to buy, borrow, or check out of your local library the book by Wm O'Neill "How To Make Money In Stocks" and read it thru several times. After that, if it makes sense to you and you want to learn more, write me at stkguru@netside.net. CANSLIM is definitely not for all investors, it involves usually buying stocks near or at their 12 month highs. For a value investor, this is at best uncomfortable. It is loaded with lots of rules (more for selling than for when to buy), and, like the TIM method, only works well if you put in the hours of studying, and research, to fully comprehend it. All I can say is that it works for me, and I believe in it. And the more that I stick to it, the better I am doing. Tom W
