Let's do hope this isn't an earnings warning. I thought warnings time was over and now comes actual earnings. Not surprised about COMS since some say that the recent merger with US Robotics was an excellent opportunity to disguise shortfalls. But the SEC apparently caught on. If you have access to thestreet.com, Herb Greenberg has been discussing this as recently as this mornings article.

I have heard no rummors that this could be comimg.
It is the type of thing I would hear from somebody.
that does not mean it won't happen.
