Most was expected. We were told at the end of last quarter there would be merger charges this quarter. New products not delivered yet and unstuffing the channel costs sales and expenses. 4&cent or 14&cent, it is what the rest of the year looks like that counts. Sales down, gross margin down, sales and marketing exp up, R&D up, admin exp up, and last but not least, Merger-related charges (credits) 258,632. They're still having merger expenses? Sheeeeshh. o~~~ O
