Albert, >>Tony
when is the last time you went to compusa or microcenter etc."

I have been to the new Fry's in Sunnyvale, CA, four times in the last two weeks (shopping for a new TV and a Sony monitor). If they have AMD, they are hiding them well. The last time I was at CompUSA was in January, which is not so recent, but I did not see a K6. K6 was out in January, 1998, wasn't it? ;-}

Albert, the last time i went to MicroCenter, they had a whole stack of refurbished machines, mostly K6s and Cyrx machines. I guess some consumers thought twice about buying a clone when they could get the real thing for a little bit more. <ggg>
