I guess some of that is non-trading.

I read in the Starnet 10-SB that 10 million shares are in escrow
(frozen or non-trading) until 1999.

So that would mean 30,350,000 - 10,000,000 = 20,350,000
And since the warrants have not been exercised we can
subtract a further 4,900,000
20,350,000 - 4,900,000 = 15,450,000

It looks like they will have roughly $3 to $3.5 mil in revenue for 1997 alone and if you project the rate of growth for the earnings into 1998 with the added revenue of their licensees (granted this could be a wild card but if the other operators are any indication I think we can only expect a dramatic increase in revenues) we are looking at a $3 to $4 stock at 5 to 10 times earnings. Even as the warrants may be exercised we would see millions of dollars added to the treasury.

Wild speculation? I think as far as industries go it is not too often that a person gets a chance to get in on something that has the proven potential that Online Gaming has.

I can't understand this stock, it has such good news coming out and great prospects and the price goes down? Any reflections?
