More late buying,but I couldn't see by who.unfortunatly, I have to go to work every once in a while,and it messes up tracking the buyers. I did see it was down to 2.76 but bounced back. I wish some news would come out. I also use Nesbitt. I asked my broker if she knew who was buying,and could she tell me, but she said something about "confidentiality" or something. later

Good morning. The press release for the private placement can been seen at fin-info.com Just put mtg where it says symbol,and click.I think it will sell out toot sweet at that price. I'd get some myself if I had any money. It seems to be establishing a base between $2.75-$3.00. If it does sell out,that would be good for the price down the road,and would probably give them enough cash to qualify for the T.S.E. Maybe that's what the extra money they would have left over is for. I'm going to talk with a guy who knows some insiders there,and if I get any new info. ,I'll pass it on.Later,

Anyne interested; I just got off the phone with my friend who has some friends on the inside @ magnifoam. Please bear in mind I have what I consider a large stake in this company,and my friend probably has at least 5x as many shares as I do. Take this information at your own risk.Please don't blame me if it turns out to be incorrect.WARNING-I'VE BEEN WRONG BEFORE!" Now, here's what I heard.The entire offering is already sold out.One company alone bought over $ 4,000,000 worth. Please,if there is anyone from DEACON CAPITAL reading, confirm or deny. 2ndly,the 4th quarter and the 1st quarter off 1998 are looking very good. I figured this out already. The management shakeup has apparently lit a fire under everyone,and they are being much more aggressive at hurrying things along. 3rd; a T.S.E. Listing is very close. Please contact the I.R. firm and try to get them to comment. Other stocks I own have I.R.'s on the threads,and it's a great help. The I.R. is Fleishman-Hilliard,and the address can be found on magnifoams website homepage.Phone # is 416-214-0701,ask for Anne Lachance or Sarah Andrewes.They have been far to quiet for my liking.What do they get paid for.?
