Click on "Finanical Statements" then "Board of Directors Report" near the end of the document you will find the following "Proposed Bonus Issue The Board of Directors proposes that, after distribution of dividends, a bonus issue of 1-for-1 is made, whereby one new share is received for each old share held. The par value of the shares will remain at SEK 2.50. The bonus issue will increase the capital stock amount from SEK 2,436 m. to SEK 4,872 m. through transfer from restricted reserves. The intention is to perform the bonus issue at the end of May with May 27 as record date. " Rod D.
