Don't be bewildered. There are a lot of others also bewildered. Still, it was a very powerful signal that Quantum could have such a extreme warning and trade up. Michael Brown, Quantum, CEO has indicated that they are halfway through a cycle. Well, lets hope so.

I believe the issue hurting Innovex is inventory correction at PC makers. As long as they are selling inventory and not buying as many drives, this is damaging to Innovex. As we've always said, who cares about falling storage prices as long as Innovex still wires them and they hold their margins. War on to greater profits.

Still, I was alarmed by the warning from Hutchinson about falling suspension sales. I feel this is directly connected to Innovex's near term potential, and will indicate a poor quarter unless we see Hutchinson has lost market share to a few of their up and coming competitiors. This question keeps me cautious.

I think if you follow the market as much as you do, you can probably make your own broad estimates and disregard the analysts. They have a poor track record of predicting INVX. Why become overly worried now when they are taking a cautious position?

Besides, when earnings come out, they could be terrible, but if management says we've turned the corner and orders have returned, or some such positive statement, the stock will trade up.

Regards,

Mark
