So, does anybody think that the audited financials will be out by the end of the month any more? Last week, everybody was so certain of that. Now, even one of the staunchest supporters is no longer supposing that. Even if the audited financials ARE released within "the prescribed time period", if they aren't released by the end of the month, then the company has once again lied to it's shareholders. Note, also, the consequences of not coming out with the financials within the prescribed time period - it simply would mean that the deal with ESVS would be off. (i.e. there is no regulatory pressure to come out with the financials)
