Gary,

I don't think Windows 98 would make a big dent. I know many enterprises will stay with NT4.0 and wait until NT5.0 is mature and then upgrade to NT5.0. The upgrade to Windows 98 is not on the agenda for many companies.

Gary, win98 will just pick for win95, NT5.0 will drive growth in 99, and Backoffice not sure.

Just stated expected .44 this quarter, they see .48
Next quarter will see sequential decline, (small).

Office Europe largely responsible for quarter upside.
