Zeev, that could be one explanation, but isn't there an honest simpler one? Poor judgement? Sure. Dishonesty? A stretch IMO. Good to know that IPMCF is still a buy here. <VBG>

Zeev.......from today's press release: IPM also agreed to release from escrow 3,000,000 common shares previously issued to Omega. The 3,000,000 common shares are subject to restrictions on their resale until June 1999.
IMO you are thinking in terms of the present only--Omega is counting on those 3 million shares being worth considerably more than $1.5mill after June 1999. This fact added with the smelter %age says volumes about THEIR confidence in the property.
You HAVE to admit this answers a huge question on the ownership of Black Rock.
