Howdy Guys !!! Mark , you aren't supposed to be looking day to day anymore dude !!! I am perplexed as to why a press release regarding earnings has not been made by Antex. This is very unusual. The release is usually made PRIOR to the filing with the SEC. As to Barrington purchase option ..... Antex will have to register the shares before anything can happen. As of now, they don't exist. Antex had to register the stock and warrants conversions in 95 when those were exercised. That scenario should play again if Barrington exercises. I REPEAT ..... these shares will have to be registered before anything can happen ! Once again ..... since Antex is fully reporting ..... we should be able to watch all the action =) ..... IF there is any. Mike
