I dont see anything in the 97 or 96 reports to make me beleive that ADOT has received any payments for these Boards,So if this is the case we should show a profit

Hi Ken! Welcome to the thread. My understanding is that the first 2 billboards were to be paid on terms, so I presume that would be about "net 30 days" or so.

If that is the case, ADOT should be getting some cash flow very soon.
