Amen. You can add YHOO and AMZN to that list.
How AOL earnings are ever going to grow to meet the lofty street
earnings expectations are beyond my comprehension. AD revenues have
a natural limit in that you can only stick so many ads to a page.
Subscriber growth is going to slow due to competition and the advent of Cable. Anyway they already have proven that they can hardly make money with 12 Million subs. If it wasn't for their accounting tricks(
using stock sales to meet numbers, recognizing future revenues in the
current period,ect.)they might not be maing money at all.

This is how
ridiculous the biggies have made Wall St. This, IMO is what will bring 1997 at the
slightest uptick of inflation. I can't believe this dog at such a price, talk of a rigged stock
of the biggies and their "paper pimp" anal-ysts.


The analysts love it.
