I agree with that regarding the financials...

I also agree anything can happen.

But sometimes I dont know whether to be concerned. that with all this "news" out in the open, the price has only risen to .60. I know people want "proof in the pudding" (i.e. details of the financials--details of the merger) but look at a lot of other BB's which fly on pretty lethargic, undetailed press releases. (OTC BB stock ABC signs contract with XXX company! Shares jump up 50%) Thats why I somewhat worry that its already priced in the stock to a degree at least.

To be honest at this point the 1997 EPS is moot with me. Its old news and the "new FAMH" (post Myriad and post NY temp firm aquisition) is a totally different company then the company existing on Dec 31,1997. That is why I dont see the big deal in the 97 numbers at this point.

IMO, the Myriad news is very important for size of revenue stream.. but in some ways already accounted for in the price.

IMO, the super important thing is the NASDAQ listing and the timetable for the closing on it, and the timetable to get the ACTUAL listing (2-3months?).

Also IMO, if Ira pops the 1997 numbers and the Myriad deal and the NASDAQ listing all in short order the hype on SI will be pretty damn intense and this company will rocket on that merit alone. (regardless if you believe in the company or not--those momentum guys could care less what FAMH even does as a business, they just look at the "pop" and jump in) It only takes one 4-5M volume UP day to get all the "oh look what so and so is buying, I gotta get me some of that!! investors" to jump on board at once. Been watching the BB boards the past few weeks and amazing to watch the "herd" jump from stock to stock. (also find it amazing none of them "lose" money..they are all great traders LOL--perfect timers) Should be interesting to say the least.
