Just some thoughts on KLIC....

For the last 4 years anytime you could buy KLIC for 1.5 times book value you could sell within a year for a 3 to 9 bagger. KLIC has never traded below 1.2 times book value. KLIC's book value is about $13 which makes anything below $20 a great price. Even the current
21 3/4 isn't a bad price for such a volatile stock.

KLIC is trying to hire a senior VP for M&A's. Since a high stock price is good for buyouts, management might be telling us they think things are looking up.

Also if past practice holds, KLIC isn't going to issue an earnings warning (too late in the quarter).
