There are TFS components in 35 different MOT products---though all in the wireless communication area. Probably a buying time.

Still, the decision to sell by someone with 50,000 or 100,000 shares to sell, will decrease the offer price on the common stock of TFS considerably. I know this in the most accurate and lasting way one can know anything.....from bad experience.

Also, it has not been two business days since three analysts (S. Barnes is a highly regarded Phoenix investment advisor, not an analyst per se) who follow and report on TFS gave it a uniform and straightforward "thumbs-up", in front of 200 local Phoenix investors.....all sponsored by the Arizona Republic. No management in its right mind would front-run for its friends at this particular moment. It would never recover from that one.

Some fund manager, remote from the company, acting on macro perceptions, just moved some money.........alarming everyone else in the process. If there is anything more to it, I would be surprised.
