Hello all, I will give a read on the days action, overall bullish
we closed down 1/32 the bid was dropped to 1-3/16 on 500 shares sold at the close. Too bad for them.

We now have a spinning top after an inverted hammer, which is technically good. had we closed down severely it would have indicated a bearish reversal rather than a bullish one.

Note: TA on BB's is hokus Pokus at best. But, the candlesticks which I'm referring to have been shown to be rather reliable for me. I also look at MACD, stoichastics, RSI's, etc. but, again, BB's are not reliable.

Enough about TA

We are headed into a timultous closeout of this week. Tomorrow, I expect more of the MM's games, whipsawing and dropping away the bid and ask on both buys and sells, so don't be surprised or panicky when this occurs.

We have seen accumulation en-masse and the volume is drying up meaning the float is tight. Most of the traders have left the stock which means it's us=investors, against them=MM's and the psychology of it all will play in our favor as long as we continue to buy up shares and hold.

Some people will want to sell but, most of the buying is a response to the exposure we have obtained and general awareness created by those in the know about the Viability of IP TELEPHONY.

Those who understand that revenues/minute=$$$$$BIG bucks when you capture the European/Russian/Asian Markets.

We have an established bases to operate from in Europe, Russia,
Hong Kong, Seoul, Taipei, Tokyo, Canada and.... ?Indonesia?.

Taken fron JDI release{"Digitcom's standards-based data compression will allow us to carry much more traffic on the network we already have in place without raising costs."}

Understand, there are many US Corporate Clients, which are there because of manufacturing/fabrication/textiles/and banking, all whom use Long Distance to communicate with their Hdqtrs. here in the US.

Another firm contract from ASIA will Solidify DIGITCOM as a strong player inIP TELEPHONY.

We have the tools for the Job. Satellites/Fiber/backbone and infrastructure are already in place, thanks, to the JD International Aquisition. DIGITCOM's gateways and Software will do the Rest.

We operate on UNIX and NT platforms what else is there? (linnux) I know but UNIX will run the linnux as well.

So the bases are loaded and the Mighty Mr. Chin, is up to bat, so far he has hit two singles, a double and a triple and thus far the opposing team, has not been able to stop this batter.

IF you are wondering about my metaphors just look at the last four-5 news releases. The next piece of information we obtain upon his return should be the home-run and items such as earnings, becoming a reporting company and nasdaq listing, will be just to run up the score.

We can also look forward to a new web page that better defines our goals and projections for future revenues. Also, look for a more detailed history of the corporate executives, products with technical
details as well as links to the various VOIP solutions and pages
with Digitcom's products listed alongside.

What is most intriguing about Mr.Chin, is that he did not waste time trying to sell products but, rather he has spent his time garnering
bandwidth and partnerships which, translates into adding revenues to the bottom-line.

I am of the opinion that his keen sense of awareness as to what the far-east an parts of europe have needed is low cost long distance
and he has made inroads in both arena's.

If there are any burning questions, I will earnestly try to answer them in a timely fashion, you can reach me here or via private messages.

PS to those that wrote me today sorry, I could not answer them and of course some were inappropriate, I don't have inside info, what I get and post comes from calling the company, something anyone here can do. I must call because, I want to Know and not hear it from any other source.

Cheriamor,

Thank You!

Obviously the IBD article helped the stock price. Imagine what the Wall Street Journal or Barrons could do for us <wink wink>.

Just keep on doing what youre doing....you folks at Liberty Capital are far more conscientous and helpful than other firms representing other BB stocks I trade in.

Do you get requests for information about DGIV from major brokerages or large investors? Would be interesting to know.
