These threads need you back, Richard. There isn't a lot worth reading here without your notes. It isn't just the notes, either. You set the tone for the place. There may have been the occasional bar fight, but we were mostly all pals, and newbies and out-of-towners were always welcome. Now we're throwing punches and heaving chairs at one another every night. We're all so different in terms of viewpoints, knowledge, experience and the ways we express ourselves, but it didn't seem to matter much before. We were all so eager to learn and to share ideas that we put aside any differences. You created that spirit around here. We need you back. And Andy, we need you, too. Sean, ditto. And David and Paul. And A. Kiri. And all the rest of you. We need every brilliant idea and every stupid question we can get out of each one of you. Even stupid ideas.
