I am glad to see other's in this stock. I have been holding USBL since November of last year and fell strongly of it's potential. I feel strongly this one will get real interesting real soon.

CAPITALIZATION
Fully Diluted Shares Outstanding ..... 3,431,000
Shares Closely Held ..... 80%
Long Term Debt ........... Nil
Market Capitalization ... $6 Million

I have decided to share my thought's on USBL and why I am so hot on this stock. Many shy away from Sport's stocks but this is not an average sport stock but a Basketball Franchise that as of today has been proven to be a success. To me this is a bottom root opportunity almost like a mini McDonalds, and the key is low total shares (3.4 Million) and float. 80% of USBL stock is held by insiders which by itself tells allot about the Company;

The USBL is approx. 12 years old, during this time period 109 Players have gone on to NBA Rosters. The USBL has been accepted as a professional Sports league nationally as well as internationally. Also the USBL has had more interest from Corporate sponsors because a continued growth in game attendance, which in turn has fired increasing interest from television networks (cable). It's team values have increased in value, current growth is approx; 30% per year. Also the USBL is not limited to just this country, they have contacts in all levels of Basketball and media (NBA, Europe, South America, Korea ect...)

The USBL has twenty Logo licence opportunities and are expanding every year.

Currently the USBL are offering expansion teams for 300,000, that price is just for a startup and does not include the capital required to operate the team, additional funds to properly capitalize a USBL team would require an additional 200,000. So in effect each existing team would be valued at 500,000 not taking into consideration the teams worth based on it's name recognition over the years which would carry some weight.

If one were to try to start a league like the USBL from scratch it would take 40 to 50 Million dollars and that doesn't include what the USBL is worth based on name recognition alone remember they have been around for approx; 12 years also remember there is only a total of 3.4 Million shares and at the current level of 2.12 per share anyone can see the stock is grossly undervalued. Also remember 80% are held by insiders and with a float of only approx; 250,000 the stock is poised for an explosive upward potential when the league starts to become recognized by potential investors. For myself the USBL has already proven itself, there is more and more interest on acquiring teams and they even have set up a west coast division which should be in operation by 1999. As per the following;United States Basketball League Retains Services of Rudy LaRusso to Act as Expansion Coordinator for USBL's Pacific Coast Division. Also the USBL is the ONLY PUBLICALLY TRADED SPORT'S LEAGUE. This unique approach allows players, former players, team owners , sponsors, and most importantly the fans to own a piece of the league and share in the growth. Currently there are twelve teams and after talking to management at USBL they are looking to increase the teams to 60 across the country again remember only 3.4 Million total shares! The USBL is today were minor league baseball was 10 years ago, when AA teams sold for 300,000 to 500,000 compared to 5 Million today and over 10 Million for AAA teams. As the USBL expands and builds it's identity with players , fans, and the media franchise fees should increase from the current 300,000 to 500,000 or possibly 1,000,000 in the next few years. Fans today are discouraged by attending major league sporting events for the mere fact of what a ticket cost's in comparison to a USBL ticket which is 20.00. Attendance to USBL games has increased every year to the current level of over 1,000,000.

Fans today want value not only in ticket prices but concessions and merchandise. Add the benefit of having local teams, no need for an hour drive to a game, and free parking.

Currently plans call for six divisions with eight teams in each division. A growth rate of 50% or more should be achieved for at least the next 5 years and probably much longer. Competition in the form of Movies or Baseball has not affected the USBL in it's first 12 years and now with more marketing dollars, the USBL can gain more of a market share in every city.

Know let me get to the nitty gritty here;

The teams are set up in small cities which I feel is ingenious.

Many of these cities do not have there own team let alone a place to watch a semi professional Basketball Game, that is what I feel is the catalyst for the success currently of the USBL. The larger cities offer much in the way of sport's but what do people in the smaller cities do? I feel very strongly that in the very near future the NBA and USBL will be working hand in hand with each other put that in conjunction with TV air time and Corporate sponsors and advertising and 3.4 Million in total shares with 80% held by insiders and what do you have? To me it reads of forward splits as the price increases accordingly.

>> I am just starting to collect some of the data necessary

Thanks ... let's concentrate on **adding value** to people's
understanding of what's going on here ... so much more useful
than claims, rumors, doubts, worries, etc, etc.

There is a good story here and it's worth telling well ...

"Support Hometown Basketball" ... buy your USBL today.

Heck, I'm holding just cause I love the game ... stupid,
romantic reason, but just about as good as any other in
this market!
