Dear Phil,

How much impact do you think apple stock would be effected if Steve Jobs doesn't take the offer (he would be crazy if he didn't!)

I hope your predictions are right! (I can't wait to celebrate with some APPLE CIDER - Im too young to drink alcohol.) I'd be a very happy camper if AAPL would shoot up to the 30's to 50's =)

been long on aapl forever!,

Phil,

Let's not try to keep up with the quantity of the big boards; it's too much to read! Let's keep our excellent quality, though. ;-)

I'm holding my breath waiting for the Jobs announcement. I agree that 31 is easy if Jobs will take the position. Remember how far the stock went after his keynote that August? It went to 30 within a few days after that address, and it was a long run. From 28 to 31 is a short run. Still, I know you are almost always exactly correct, so I will temper my thinking.

I think that short positions should probably cover if Jobs announces. Not that there won't be a pull back, but on the short term, it will be hard on short positions. There will be euphoria in Macland.
