Here is Tom's reply to my e-mail ... ~Gabard, I decided to begin answering a few e-mail messages today, but ended up answering only two. They happened to be the only rude and obnoxious ones that I've been sent. One was to a gentleman that accused me of paying your organization to promote Aqua Vie and the other was from a person who drove to Sun Valley to visit our offices (he lives in Idaho), but didn't know where to look. He said that his life savings depended on me answering him, and I had already cost him $35,000. ( edited out remaining ) I realize that it has been awkward to have this silent period, but there has been a great deal to do, getting Aqua Vie restarted. Also, as we have been approaching March 30th, many issues that might be discussed by me could be considered inside information, which after three years of everyone's sweat would be an obvious unnecessary risk. The site has been receiving over 10,000 hits a day, and just establishing a manageable answering technology for the future, has been challenging. Tom #1 I am also disappointed in your message. I have paid nothing to Gabard. I do not believe, nor believe in promoters. Please do what you would like with your stock... and you can recycle all the bottles you want, because there's going to be a lot of them. The lab still does. We have new offices in town. You will have the address on the 30th of March. I haven't cost you anything. You have the same information as everyone else... and, it makes me nervous hearing that someone's family savings are at stake. That doesn't seem a prudent thought with any stock.
