Yes, Victor had a much better job offer with a consulting firm. He will continue in a consulting capacity for NTII. I do not see this as any indication of the companies future. Just an opportunity at advancement for Victor. Paul Freiman is a nuts and bolts sort. I believe he will takeover Victor's role along with his other tasks. Paul knows what it takes to grow the company. Don't expect a lot of hype and glory, just basic product development through clinicals. The major events will speak for themselves. Hang in there.
