Ken98, The SEC requires the filing before public announcements. They publish the details. SEC attempts to make the playing field level for investors. I suspect CVUS would like the loan in the 10Q for this reason. It would made a more complete story. I would like it in the 10Q for a more complete story, and balanced picture of the company. I read the delay as a positive for management stock holder concern. They could just report, and finalize the loan at a later date. Sorry if this is too detail an answer for your question.
