Murray you're scaring me. Lots of shares are NOT a good thing. I think you're promoting so I won't even bother explaining.

I tend to agree with your perceptions. More often than not, the so-called 'tight' stock deals only make the insiders money.

This co. offers liquidity to shareholders.

By the way, anyone have a quasi-progress report on the financing on the table right now?

cheers.

I agree with some of the points you made specifically concerning the idea that a larger number of shares in the marketplace and held by individual investors is a good thing, the question then becomes who holds the majority of these new shares through the private placement and what are their intentions.

It also crossed my mind that if I was able to get in on the placement I could blow out a substantial portion of my shares at relatively low prices, doubling my money and still have the warrants for the long haul. While this makes sense from an investors point of view it also could create a "stagnant" period in which the stock would trade between lows of 18 cents to a high of maybe 40 cents until the initial surplus was absorbed by long term investors. Only then could the stock begin to trend upward on a stable long term basis.
Again however, we have to see the details of the financing and what if any sell stipulations are present.
