i have serious questions about their viability.......certain "Founding Shareholders" are known to state and federal authorities for "white collar"activities.....consumer related sales appear to be thin on a relative basis...compared to the total sales and "membership" fees.........IH, per 8K, is over 12,000,000 under water....seems the biggest thing they care about is the sales kit package which appears to comprise most all their inventory ( do they get a fee for this package?) (are they selling tangible items...or sales kits?...whats the real mix?....) (p.s. i understand "drop-ship")
....15c2-11 may be a little inhibiting.......i have little understanding of these matters but 100 million in sales...12 million under water....400,000 shares for openers and 35 million shares in the wings (real closely held) and 2 years old doesn't spell a billion in 12 or so hours.......

I heard third hand that the trial was late starting and will be continued tomorrow and that IHI felt optomistic about the results.
