I will say this once again:

I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE IN ANY WAY FOR THIS STOCK'S FALL !

I pointed out things that I saw coming up, and now, IMO, some of those things are effecting the stock supply/demand equation. Instead of thanking me for my input, you threaten me?

I will be looking forward to the June 30, 1998 10Q.

Either time will vindicate you or it won't. We'll just have to wait.

FTEL: $ 3.15b $ 3.25a

Raleigh:

Your statement:

<<Remember FNET is a separate entity, a company unto itself. Fully funded with about $7 million. The orders it places with Franklin goes on Franklin's P&L statement and shows up on the bottom line as earnings per share.<<

Since the street has snubbed their nose at the latest release, and responded with less and less enthusiasm with each prior release, how do you think they will react when they see that Franklin's biggest customer is itself? Or will it be expected and considered a non-event".

I'm not being sarcastic or "ValueSpeck-like". I'm somewhat curious, and slightly concerned, as to how these future earnings and press releases, regarding sales to FNET, will pan out. On paper it will look great; but will the street see through it?

Of course, if FNET is one of many FTEL customers, it won't make much of a difference as to the source of the revenue stream to FTEL, and the street will respond favorably.

I'm sure UUNET uses the services of WCOM but I doubt that arrangement had any effect on WCOM's stock price when they landed THAT fish!

How different will the FTEL/FNET arrangement be when Frank finally convinces Frank that he should be using Frank's products? He shakes his own hand and the sale is complete - then what?

Are we expecting too much out of this future marriage? Or am I, as usual, thinking too much and should just go to bed?

Anyone???
