Gunther,

I don't know the answer to your question because I don't know the parameters which determine the MCI profit and how they determine their billing rates.

However, I work for MCI (in a different division), so I guess I can try and get some opinions on possible benefits or conflicts a product like the Tempest would have on the MCI revenues/profits generated from corporations, who are billed on a cost per call basis.

I will post anything interesting I find out.
