Coconino SMA (CSMA) has officially gotten its class V waste well approved. Approval is granted to process up to 14,400 bbls per day in an area with a demand of 50,000 bbls/day. It is the only well within 400 miles.

Revenues for full operation in one year can range from $36 million to over $100 million, using a rate of $10 to $30 per barrel. As the existing facility is already profitable processing Class II waste at 50 cents per barrel, minimal additional costs are anticipated.

There are 23 million shares O/S, translating to EPS forward on the order of well over $1 per share up to over $3. Stock closed at $.60 on Tuesday.

This is a long term hold.

As always, do your own DD. More info at the CSMA web site.
