Hi Beantown! Welcome to the thread. If I understand your question correctly, you are essentially asking, "What is the value of a NASDAQ listing?"

The answer is subjective. But in my opinion, to be getting a NASDAQ listing for a cost of about 16% dilution is an absolute BARGAIN!!

To fully appreciate this, I think you can simply evaluate the enormous differences between OTC:BB and NASDAQ. It's like having a choice between 2 vehicles... a Ford Pinto, or a Cadillac Sedan Deville.

Perception is part of the valuation process in the stock market. Companies on OTC:BB are just NOT exposed to the investment community in a serious way like companies on NASDAQ, AMEX, or NYSE.

Moving to NASDAQ is a very, very big step for FAMH. I could elaborate on this much further, but you can get a better feel for what I'm talking about by calling several stock brokers in your area and just ask them their views of OTC:BB vs NASDAQ companies.

I think you'll see very clearly what I mean.

Best wishes,
Brad
