I agree, Peter. It will take at least two years for these suits to play out, which is why they are largely irrelevant. If Zonagen files and gets approval, these suits will go away and the stock will soar. If Vasomax doesn't get approval, the stock will suffer with or without these law suits.

The risk to the law firms are minimal as there are many to divide the costs. With Zonagen's $70 million cash position, there is more than enough money to entice the attorneys.

By the way, I don't view these attorneys as sharks. They play a legitimate role and in some cases, they perform a public service. IMHO, not in this case, however. I believe that future events will show Zonagen to be an honorable and successful company.

Saw local suit against ctxs here after similar events of uncertain public info then, less than 10 mos, stock up 5x, suit dropped lots of happy people,not too happy lawyers.
