Mr. Slater FOr the past few months, while lurking, I have noticed many astute passages written by Valuspec. He has NOT slandered anyone IMO!! It is you and many others on this board whom have slandered him/her. Valuspec brings greatly needed balance to this forum, and I for one have always appreciated VS's devil's advocate approach. Although I cannot believe anyone has the time to invest into so many postings as does VS, his/her comments have been right on track. What has many upset is that such comments have been viewed as negative statements against FTEL and FTEL's management. I thinks its great that this forum can be used to express concerns and disappointments. It should not be just a rah-rah message board. Yes, it's too bad FTEL has fallen so much. I mentioned a few days ago that if it breached $3.50, it would likely sink to $2.75. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to venture such a guess. It's all emotional selling, on top of shares being dumped by MH Meyerson through warrant conversion. The MMs see the blood and will let the price fall more if even the slightest net selling persists. I cannot understand why some who have responded to my posts about Meyerson actually believe that the warrant holders would raise cash to convert the wts, sell the shares at current prices, and then immediately buy back those shares. Not only does this create a capital gain to be taxed, but also serve no purpose so long as the wts are not expiring any time soon. Of course, if the stock plummets after such as sale, then one might buy back just because of the perceived bargain. The FTEL story is still the same, but competitive forces are raging. FTEL desperately needs a brokerage firm which will help support the stock. RIght now, I don't believe there is one truly involved. Who was FTEL's underwriter? Did they abandon FTEL. Wasn't FTEL a public shell from some other company which went by the wayside? FTEL needs to target OTC specialty brokerages by putting on some "dog and pony" shows for the brokers. The story needs to be told and retold. Brokers will put life back into the stock if they like the story. Regards, FishMan
