Retransmission: Millennium Interactive Corp., a subsidiary of Millennium Communications Inc., Company Update

TORONTO, ONTARIO--Millennium Interactive Corp., a subsidiary of
Millennium Communications Inc., is pleased to announce the
availability of its 32-bit Enterprise Database Management System.
The new product, code-named 'Symphony 2001', has been in
development for over five years and will dramatically improve the
management of online information allowing seamless management and
linkage of online transaction systems, databases, and reporting.

'Symphony 2001' is a powerful Internet, Intranet ad Extranet
browser-driven solution for the routing, storing, and retrieval of
documents for group collaboration, review, approval and complex
manipulation. The benefits of 'Symphony 2001' are that users
require very little programming experience, and web designers can
create complex applications without knowing HTML which is a web
creation programming language.

'Symphony 2001' has four main components:

- Symphony Secure is Symphony's financial transaction processing
engine, which allows secure credit card, debit card, and cheque
debit transactions to occur within the Symphony framework.

- Symphony Surf is a product that provides the user with a simple
but powerful web interface for back-end management of complex
intranet and extranet applications. In particular, Symphony Surf
addresses the need for robust database management and linking,
document management and document sharing.

- Symphony Signatrax which tracks and records all the
transactions in a real time basis, allowing the user to accurately
trace transactions from their origin to final destination and
provide key reporting elements to the system administrator,
including how many clients use the particular application, as well
as a host of other vital on-line activity reports.

- Symphony Editor is a user-friendly editor used to edit HTML and
Java programming languages.

Millennium Interactive is currently in the final beta testing with
a select group of clients and expects to sign contracts within the
next 30 days.

Symphony can also be incorporated as a key tool for Internet
Service Providers (ISPs) who would be expected to manage tens of
thousands of user accounts and their individualized needs more
efficiently and with fewer resources.

If MLU is not saying anything, how do you know that they're making a ton of money?

I talked with a mlu secretary few months ago and she was upbeat that this co. was able to generate big revenue from alot of contracts.
Share structure, insiders paid 0.15 to 0.40 for all of the papers.
Mlu currently has twenty employees and they are paid with real cash NOT "papers". Call mlu and talk to a secretary to verify my words. I have no idea why these insiders will not disclose any info about this co. to public. The only reason I can think of is this
" If this is a real deal, then the public is likely to be the last
person to be notified or will be driven out at the lower prices."
Like Jesse Livermore wrote, "if there's some easy money lying around,
no one is going to force it into your pocket." Also, the professional will shake you out by driving the prices as low as he
can. Just as in the "accumulation" stage, he wants to keep everything as quiet as possible so he can snap up as many of the shares for
himself, he will now turn down, or even turn off, the volume so he
can repeat the accumulation phase. By the way, my is month free
trial for posting messages on SI is about to expire and I am not
going to pay $100 fee.

Good luck and be very patient with this one
