Is volume drying down? what is going on? To all: Interesting management team! BFIT is run by a bunch of accountants [Hillman and his friends, ex-auditors from the firm of EY, their current auditors, talk about conflit of interest!]. These guys were the master minds behind the design of the central intelligence collection agency at BFIT. IMO they don't have idea/desire to build a franchise based on customer satisfaction. Also most of them have been there for years, why haven't they done something to cut costs? Perhaps they are cutting costs in the wrong places!
