Is volume drying down? what is going on? To all: Interesting management team! BFIT is run by a bunch of accountants [Hillman and his friends, ex-auditors from the firm of EY, their current auditors, talk about conflit of interest!]. These guys were the master minds behind the design of the central intelligence collection agency at BFIT. IMO they don't have idea/desire to build a franchise based on customer satisfaction. Also most of them have been there for years, why haven't they done something to cut costs? Perhaps they are cutting costs in the wrong places! Here it goes: check out the background of some key directors/managers (from the 10K): DIRECTORS OF THE REGISTRANT Lee S. Hillman has been a director of the Company since September 1992 . From October 1989 to April 1991, Mr. Hillman was apartner with the accounting firm of Ernst & Young LLP. . James F. Mc Anally, M.D. was elected a director of the Company in December 1995.Dr. Mc Anally is a private practitioner who specializes in hypertension andkidney disease. He has been in private practice since 1980. . (I guess this is the guy who had the clever idea of getting BFIT into rehab without buying any equipment nor hiring any skilled labor! Even healthy people complain about getting injured while following the instructions of their training staff. I wonder who these same guys will perform when trying to rehab someone!) Arthur M. Goldberg has been a director of the Company since 1990, . Mr. Goldberg is also a director of First Union Corporation (a financial services company) and Managing Partner of Arveron Investments L.P. (an investment partnership). Mr. Goldberg is 56 years of age. 45. (I guess his skills come in handing when trying to force people to pay their dues!) Ms. Walsh has been an attorney at the law firm of Connell, Foley & Geiser since1986 and has been a partner of the firm since 1992, concentrating in commerciallitigation. Ms. Walsh has also served as an Arbitrator for the United StatesDistrict Court for the District of New Jersey since 1990. Ms. Walsh is 39 yearsof age. (I guess she is one of the more valuable members. Helps in trying to find legal ways of ripping of people) OfficersInformation: .John W. Dwyer was elected Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of theCompany in May 1994..From October 1986 to June 1992, Mr.Dwyer was a partner with the accounting firm of Ernst & Young LLP.
