Greg, Thanks for observing higher volume & interest. Any insight into takeover rumors? AVX today announced that they plan to buy the passive component business of Thomson SA, which includes high voltage caps and ferrite materials. VSH is the master of consolidation. If the higher volume (and of course higher stock price) continues than an aquisition may be in the making. Unfortunately I am not in know at this time. If you subscribe to EE Times you will see an add for Vishay-Siliconix touting the finest low power MOSFET's on the market. (3/16/98 issue) This was the slickest aquisition in the high tech market in a long time. -Jay
