Robert, Scott Sitra assured me that the total outstanding including the shares to be released in Certificate form in 30 days, is only 7.5 million shares. According to Scott, at this time there are only 1.7 million in th float with the other 1.5 coming from the "to be issued" shares...for a total float of around 3.1- 3.2 million shares.

robert, 3 million rights shares are being issued to insiders and friendlys. this has been well known for months and months. 1/2 of the shares are restricted. The other 1/2 will not. All of the insiders shares will be issued in certificate form. 7.5 million is the total that will be outstanding....not 9. Total outstanding is not the "float" The float will be 3.1 million.......and the additional shares beyond 1.7 million will go to insiders and friendly holders.....The free float will still be 1.7 million.......Insider shares are not part of the free float. bg
