Kevin; I've tried doing a DD on TNRG but info is hard to find. I have a few basic questions for which I'm having trouble getting answers. 1) How much cash does the company have? 2) Does the company have any current revenues? 3) How many shares were issued by TNRG when they bought NightHawk? 4) Does Management have any prior successes? In your DD have you been able to get answers to any of the above. I don't mean hearsay or conjecture I mean hard and cold answers supplied by a knowledgeable and reputable source.
