You're new to investing, so let me give you advice. In order to invest in a company, you must first take what the CEO says for face value. If you do not, then your whole reason for investing in the company is shot. I will trust Alan Phan until I find reasons otherwise. I suggest you do the same. If he says he has no idea, he has no idea. As an investor you must back that, which I will do. Matty, I am certainly not new to investing. New investors dont find that sort of information. I do not want to work at cross purposes so in the future I will let you know if its private. I assumed that was obvious. As for trusting the CEO or whatever......I am less trusting than you. I just do not think someone would be buying that much of a co up and Phan would not have done the same research I did to figure out who and why. But each to their own. It will be interesting to see how it all pans out. Taree
