Jack, I don't think I should be speaking about any specific potential infringers. However, recent announcements about bandwidth and encryption standards may certainly affect possible infringers. GRC has repeatedly pointed out some of the distinctions that might result in infringement. Are electronically deliverable music or video really any different from software or news stories? They are just larger files of digital data. Their digital distribution has been hindered by bandwidth restrictions and by concern over unauthorized copying (loss of royalties).
